As a clinical dietitian, my recommendations are grounded in evidence, while remaining practical and realistic for everyday life. At the same time, I take a holistic view of health, recognising that nutrition is just one part of a much bigger picture.
Health and wellbeing are influenced by many interconnected factors, including lifestyle, sleep, stress, physical activity, environment, and our relationship with food. Rather than focusing on diet in isolation, I consider how these factors work together and how they may be contributing to your health and wellbeing.
Life is rarely static; our priorities, responsibilities and commitments continually evolve, For this reason, I believe the most effective way of eating is one that can adapt and evolve with you, rather than relying on rigid rules or perfection.
Everyone’s circumstances, experiences and goals are different, so I work with clients to find approaches that fit naturally into their lives. By looking beyond symptoms alone and exploring potential underlying influences, the aim is to help people build confidence in their own decision-making and develop a way of eating that feels both sustainable and empowering over the long term.
