I provide nutrition expertise to organisations seeking to support health, wellbeing and performance in their teams or communities. 

My experience includes delivering nutrition education and workshops across educational institutions, charities, and community organisations, alongside public-facing health communication and teaching in higher education settings. 

SERVICES INCLUDE:

- Workplace and organisational nutrition workshops and seminars

- Employee wellbeing education sessions (in-person or virtual)

- Nutrition talks for education providers, charities, and community programmes

- Bespoke teaching sessions tailored to specific audiences (e.g. students, performers or public groups)

- Development of accessible nutrition education materials and resources. 

I am an HCPC-registered Dietitian with extensive clinical experience across NHS hospital services, community settings, inpatient mental health care, and specialist private clinics. 

I have worked within multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centred care, manage complex caseloads, and contribute to service development, clinical governance, and education. 

Areas of experience include gastroenterology, oncology, mental health nutrition, and community-based interventions.
